The Boost App is a simple, efficient and powerful performance tracking app. This app allows multiple types of users to track their own performance, their teams performance, their respective targets and incentives etc with ease.

ProblemProblem Statement

  • Tracking staff performance Vs. their assigned targets is not as easy as we think. Hence the business owners/managers don't bother to set any. This might lead to deficient results, specifically sales/retail oriented business.
  • When you are in a sales/retail business, it's quite important to keep your staff motivated in order to perform better, everyday. If you don't have any efficient comprehensive platform where you/your staff can review their performance, it becomes so difficult to boost their performance.

ProblemSolution

  • Creating a comprehensive and efficient platform to resolve the problems mentioned above, where business owners, managers and their respective staff can track real time targets, performance, reports, incentives/bonus etc, with ease, on the
  • The platform also allows us to generate various reports in order to evaluate the gross profit, assigned targets vs. their achievements, incentives, sales rankings etc.
  • The platform has a web interface as well as a mobile interface, knowing that the majority of users will access the app on their mobile, hence the app has been designed for mobile first.

  • In The Morning Of The 1 St January, At His Home, Adam Wants To Set Specific Targets And Respective Incentives For His Team At The Store. He Simply Opens The Web App, And Sets The Target For His Store Manager And The Team. Adam Also Sets The Respective Incentives.
  • Robert Gets The Notification And Sets The Target For His Team Members.
  • At The End Of Each Day/Week, Robert And The Staff Members Are Able To View Their Total Sales Made, Targets Achieved, Incentives Earned, And Their Overall Sales Ranking - On The Go, Effortlessly And With Utmost Accuracy/Clarity
  • Adam Is Able To Generate The Sales Report For Each Store, Each Store Manager And Each Staff Member - For Each Store Department - On The Go, Effortlessly And With Utmost Accuracy/Clarity.
  • Adam And The Store Manager Can Now Clearly See Who Is The Top Performer, Which Store Has The Highest Selling, Which Department/Category Has The Highest Selling For Particular Week, Month, Year.
  • They Are Also Able To View And Analyse The Sales Trends Over The Time. Hence They Can Form The Strategy And Business Tactics Accordingly For The Future.
